“T-This happens sometimes.” Miu bit her lower lip, trying to keep it together. She was nervous now. She wasn’t sure she was prepared.“I-I’m scared, Miu…” she said simply, walking with her. “I’m really scared…”
“I am too.” Miu admitted quietly, “But she’s coming whether we’re ready or not… S-So we just… have to get you to a doctor, okay? It’s gonna be okay.”
“R-Right…” she said, wincing again. Their child was coming… and all they could do was hope for the best…

Miu squeezed Nadeshiko’s hand, pulling into the hospital lot, parking and getting Nadeshiko out of the car. “How is it?”“Still hurting…” she said, gripping her stomach tightly. “Miu, what’s happening…?”
Miu helped her along, “Either something is wrong, or you’ve gone into labor…” Miu smiled a little, “A-And I think it might be the latter…”
“E-EH? B-BUT THE BABY ISN’T SUPPOSED TO BE HERE FOR ANOTHER WEEK!”

Miu drove with one hand, reaching over to take Nadeshiko’s with the other. “Hold on, okay?”
